YAMAHA WAVERUNNER RACERS SWEEP P1 AQUAX ROUND 2

Yamaha WaveRunner racers took the broom to their competition at Round 2 of the P1 AquaX national tour, sweeping all three divisions with 1-2 finishes.

Held June 6-7 in Jacksonville, Florida, the Yamaha contingent continued their dominance in rough water led by Yamaha FZR riders Aqsa and Aero Aswar. A repeat of Round 1, Aqsa was again able to hold off his older brother Aero in the premier 300 class.

In 250 racing action, Yamaha rider Brian Baldwin finished first with fellow Yamaha rider Paloma Noceda in hot pursuit to take second place. Noceda also finished second in Round 1 and is now in the 250 Class overall points lead.

Completing the Yamaha sweep were Yamaha VXR riders Travis Zielasko and Rob Greenwald, who finish 1-2 respectively in the 200 Class. Again, a repeat of Round 1.

The P1 AquaX racing format is physically demanding with three 30-minutes plus one lap motos in each class raced over two days. P1 AquaX racing action continues July 4-5 in Sarasota, Florida.
